Maria at age 7:
*in Little Flowers girls' club *plays piano Level 1 *finished karate as a white belt *in 1st grade *has learned to wash and comb her own hair *shares a room with James *still takes naps a few times a week *reads Magic Treehouse books *favorite subject is Art *has plenty of personality *used to want to be a boxing nun, but now she wants to be the mother of 9 children
She loves: bread, Kit-Kats, junk!, sewing, horses, to watch TV, soccer, apples, monopoly, purple
She doesn't care for: raw spinach, Spring Vegetable Risotto, the cake in ice cream cake
For her birthday dinner she had tostadas with all the fixin's and sparkling cider. Her cake was all chocolate ice cream cake and she shared it with the family and her friend Mary Robinson.
